    Responsibilities

    • Properly secure vehicle to lift/alignment machine to ensure safe operation
    • Properly align vehicle as per company specifications
    • Properly dismount and remount tires and wheels securely on vehicle
    • Properly dismount and remount tires onto wheels without damaging either
    • Operate all related equipment and tools as trained
    • Operate independently and as a team member
    • Properly identify and install worn or damaged parts
    • Work with the Foreman to determine reparability and to prioritize tasks of the job
    • Visually inspect parts after processing for defects. Identify nonconforming or defective components and take appropriate corrective action
    • Maintain efficiency goals or better
    • Coordinate with others to troubleshoot as necessary
    • Manage time effectively and efficiently
    • Perform and demonstrate customer service satisfaction
    • Fulfill company philosophy and goals
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • High school diploma or GED required
    • No experience required
    • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 150 pounds
