    Responsibilities

    As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for:

    • Recruiting, sourcing, and staffing for all Illinois and Missouri locations.
    • Assist with career fairs and group presentations.
    • Onboarding and orientation for new employees.
    • Workers’ compensation and safety processes including OSHA reporting.
    • Benefits enrollment and monthly billing.
    • Assigning training and tracking course completion for employees at all locations.
    • Property and casualty insurance claim processing and reporting.
    • Payroll processing for subsidiary company.
    • HR monthly reports.
    • Other HR functions.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
    • 2 – 3 years HR and/or recruiting experience preferred.
    • Previous experience with a Talent Acquisition System and/or a HRIS system is a plus.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills preferred.
    • Professional personal appearance.
    • Position will require occasional travel including some overnight travel.
