    Responsibilities

    As a CIT TRucks Truck Sales Representative, you will be required to conduct regular sales calls ranging from large business corporations to individual owner/operators. To be successful, you must be able to engineer and sell our products at profit levels established by CIT Trucks, effectively communicate CIT Trucks after-market strengths and post-sale services, and assist customers in selecting/ordering trucks by asking key questions and analyzing responses to cater to customer-specific needs. In order to sell, you will prospect for customers on a daily basis using various communication methods.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to learn equipment specifications and engineer products/components to customer needs
    • Understanding of basic mathematics and business finance
    • Dedication to building long-term customer and vendor relations
    • Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills
    • Professional attitude and appearance with a strong work ethic
    • Desire to set and attain goals while conducting business honestly and integrity
    • Agricultural or mechanical backgrounds have been proven beneficial
    • College degree or related sales experience preferred
