    As Lease & Rental Sales Representative, you will be required to conduct regular sales calls in your sales and marketing area of responsibility.  These sales calls will be made upon large business corporations and small independent fleets with local ownership. 


    To be successful, you must be able to engineer and sell our products at profit levels established by our company and meet assigned sales quotas. You must analyze the customer’s needs and effectively communicate the features, advantages, and benefits of our products and services in the customer’s business application.  Additional responsibilities include the following:

    • Market lease and rental product line to end-user customers.
    • Assist customers in selecting/ordering trucks by asking key questions.
    • Meet/exceed objectives for lease and rental sales established by management.
    • Use all reasonable methods of prospecting for lease and rental customers on a daily basis, either by telephone or by making calls to individuals and businesses outside the dealership.
    • Prepare and turn in sales call reports, listing contacts, quotes, etc.
    • Provide follow-up and ongoing service to existing customers.
    • Attend sales and training meetings as required.
    • Study truck and equipment specifications on a continual basis to improve knowledge of product performance and application.
    • Collect accurate and complete financial data on customers when necessary.
    • Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    • Minimum 5 years lease/rental experience or industry equivalent 
    • Working knowledge of computers and basic software applications.
    • Understanding of business and equipment finance.
    • Existing knowledge or the ability to develop understanding of truck equipment and maintenance values and the ability to learn equipment specifications and engineer products/components to customer needs.
    • Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills with dedication to building long-term customer and vendor relations.
    • Professional attitude and appearance.
    • Desire to set and attain goals while conducting business honestly and with integrity.
    • Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
