The primary responsibility of the Director of Used Truck Sales is to ensure the profitable operation of the Used Truck Sales Departments of CIT Trucks. The Director fulfills this responsibility through the implementation of effective business planning, adherence to CIT Trucks policy and procedure, and strong employee and customer relations. The Director is responsible for attaining the dealership’s used truck sales quota, used truck gross profit margin objectives, used truck net income goals, and used truck inventory management goals. The Director will carry out these responsibilities in accordance with CIT Trucks’ annual business plan, financial budgets and guidelines, and established policies and procedures. The Director will effectively communicate business issues and concerns to the executive management of CIT Trucks as they occur. The Director must create an atmosphere of absolute excellence in customer satisfaction in order to ensure our customers receive the level of service they expect and deserve.
